I had an issue returning a bed frame,the shop was not open,when Carl attempted to deliver,lucky for me,and Carl being a genuine kind person waited,determined i should get a refund,he went above and beyond for me,and i cant thank him enough, i would definitely recommend,and will also recommend Carl to my family and freinds in the future.
